The Berlin Chamber of Commerce has written to the Warsaw chamber regarding the sudden curbing of Polish imports from Germany, pointing out that even orders previously placed by Polish importers have been cancelled. The Berlin chamber threatened to force German firms to liquidate their Polish branches.

“We do not want to believe that this action has anything to do with the boycott conducted for years against Germany by the Jews,” the letter said.
