The Berlin Jewish Community held a farewell dinner last night for Sam Haber, director for Germany of the Joint Distribution Committee, who is leaving to take up his new post as JDC country director for Morocco,
Mr. Haber will be succeeded in Germany by James Rice who, for the past five years, has been the JDC director in Switzerland.
