Berlin Jews Reach Accord on Control

A long dispute over control of the Berlin Jewish Community Council between Liberals and Zionists was ended today by a compromise. The Liberals will retain their majority in the council but the Zionists will be given control over a number of administrative offices including the Palestine Emigration Office.
