A reception to the Habimah, Hebrew players now in this city, was given yesterday by the Berlin Jewish community at the historic Meeting Hall. The most prominent Jews in the city and a number of not German stage stars were present. The president of the kehillah, Herr Kareski, lauded the Habimah as the pride of the Jews and intimated that the Berlin kehillah will donate the cornerstone for the Tel Aviv Habimah Theatre for which the municipality of Tel Aviv has donated the site.
