Bernard Meninsky, outstanding Jewish painter whose works are on exhibit in the Dublin Municipal Art Gallery and in the Imperial War Museum, died here at the age of 69, it was announced today. A native of Russia, Meninsky studied in Liverpool, London and Paris and began to exhibit his paintings in 1913.
