Bernard G. Richards, veteran Zionist and chairman of the Jewish Information Bureau, was honored here last night at a reception at Stephen Wise House upon his return from his first visit to Israel. Mr. Richards gave the 200 persons present at the reception the impressions he obtained during his two-month stay in the Jewish State, which he saw for the first time after 50 years of Zionist activity.
