Several hundred survivors of the Bialystok Ghetto today commemorated the fourth anniversary of the liquidation of the ghetto. Processions bearing banners representing all Jewish and Polish organizations marched to the spot where thousands of Jews were executed.
Later the survivors placed flowers on the ruins of the synagogue where 2,000 Bialystok Jews were burned to death in 1941.
