Bill to Naturalize Aliens of Neutral Country’s Army Discharged After Armistice

The House Immigration Committee yesterday favorably reported to the House a bill to permit the naturalization of aliens who as nationals of a World War neutral country withdrew declarations of intention to become American citizens in order to secure discharge from military service, provided the withdrawal and discharge occurred after Armistice day, November 11, 1918.
