Black Panther leader Saadia Marciano lost his appeal to the Israeli Supreme Court for release from custody until his pending trial on charges of conspiracy to bomb the Jewish Defense League office here. Justice Yoel Sussman told Marciano that there was a prima facie case against him and that in view of his criminal record, he would not be released on bail. Marciano’s trial is due to open shortly. Marciano said he was not in the car which police allegedly found outside the JDL headquarters with molotov cocktails in it.
