Walter H. Blucher, secretary of the City Planning Commission and member of the City Housing Commission, has been named consultant for the PWA housing division.
Several weeks ago Blucher was also named consultant to the National Planning Board, now known as the National Resources Board, which is to make a survey of Michigan’s natural resources and their best use.
