New officers of District No. 4 of the I. O. B. B., which held its convention here, were chosen by the 200 delegates in attendance.
The new officers are: President, Maurice Rapheld; First Vice-President. Z. Swett; Second Vice-President, Rabbi Edgar Magnin; Secretary, Richard Guystadt: Treasurer. Joseph Gold-smith; General Committee Members: Harry Wolff, Edgar Levy, Judge Isadore Golden, Milton Marks, Bernard Silverstein, Leon Diamond and Sig-Marshutz.
