Rabbi Arthur J. Lelyveld, national director of the B’nai B’rith Hillel Foundations, left for Israel to conclude negotiations for the purchase of a building in Jerusalem to house the Hillel Foundation at the Hebrew University which was initiated last year. On his return trip, he will stop over in London to help launch a campaign by the B’nai B’rith of Great Britain and Ireland for $140,000 to establish Hillel service at British universities.
