A resolution urging the U.S. to make available immediately to Israel the benefits of lend-lease was adopted here last night at the closing session of the 96th annual convention of the District Grand Lodge No. 1 of B’nai B’rith. More than 2,000 delegates from New York, New England, and Eastern Canada also urged the U.S. to adopt legislation to admit displaced persons of all faiths to this country.
