The B’nai B’rith will launch a seven-state campaign for 7500 members during February and March according to Harry Bermack, president of B’nai B’rith District 1. The campaign will begin with a giant membership rally January 18 at the organization’s headquarters here at 315 Lexington Ave. The person-to-person drive will directly involve the organization’s members and lodges in New York and the New England states. To be known as the “Be One-Derful Campaign,” the drive will involve a direct personal appeal from Dr. William Wexler of Savannah, Georgia, B’nai B’rith international president, to every B’nai B’rith member to recruit at least one or two additional members.
