A call to youth of all faiths to prepare themselves for duties which presently will be theirs as citizens of a free nation was sounded in a message from President Roosevelt read today to the convention of Aleph Zadek Aleph, junior order of B’nai B’rith.
Executive Secretary Julius Bisno reported 10,602 active members and 9,419 alumni. He said 394 chapters now existed, of which 78 were formed last year. The convention voted to raise $2,000 to purchase an ambulance for the Cross.
