Plans for the B’nai B’rith convention to take place here from June 29 to July 2, took definite form this week, when Emanuel Simon, Madison, was appointed general chairman of the committee which will bring 1,500 to 2,000 members from nine middle western states and Canada. The appointment was made by Mark Goldberg, president of King David Lodge No. 641 of the B’nai B’rith, the chapter which will be hosts to the visitors.
The convention will include Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Indiana, and Canada. Committee chairmen named by Simon include: Judge S. B. Schein, reception; Sol Frank, ###
