The Board of Jewish Ministers of Northern California has resumed a campaign launched sometime ago for the appointment of a Jewish chaplain for the bay district whose duties would include ministering to the needs of Jewish patients in hospitals and otherwise serve the needy.
The plan has been given the support of the Jewish Welfare Board and the Jewish Committee for Personal Service in State Institutions.
