The West German Government has demanded the extradition from Argentina of Dr. H. Klingenfuss, currently head of the German-Argentine Chamber of Commerce in Buenos Aires, on charges of complicity in the deportation and subsequent death of Jews from Germany. Klingenfuss was once a high official of the Nazi Foreign Service.

It was reported from Frankfurt that some 4,000 former Nazi Party members barred from entering the United States as immigrants under previous immigration statutes will get a new opportunity to enter when the McCarran-Walter Law comes into effect Dec. 24.
