Both houses of the U.S. Congress unanimously passed resolutions marking Israel’s 58th anniversary. A bill introduced by Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.) passed 413-0 on May 2, and a bill introduced by Sen. Bill Frist (R-Tenn.), the Senate majority leader, passed May 3 by unanimous consent.
