The Slovak newspaper Nastup urges the razing of all houses in the historic Jewish quarter of Bratislava and conversion of the grounds into a public park, arguing that the section is “too dirty,” that the project would give employment to Slovak labor and that the Jewish population would be decentralized, “which is of great political advantage.”
