As a token of esteem for his philanthropies, stage folk will give a dinner to Felix M. Warburg at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. on Sunday night. Dec. 14. The seating list has been limited to 4##0 guests, Eddie Cantor will be toastmaster, and Will Rogers, Adolph Zukor. Max D. Steuer, Charles Schwab and Julius Tannen will speak.

The dinner committee of which Adolph Zukor is chairman, includes E. F. Albee, Lee Shubert, Irving Berlin, Abraham Erlanger, Jesse Lasky, William Fox and Morris Gest.

The annual meeting of members of Congregation Temple Emanu-El Fifth Avenue and Forty-third, Street. New York will be held in the ## room of the temple Monday evening. Dec. 10. for the election of a President to succeed Loms Marshall and a Vice President to succeed David Levenritt. Five trustees are to be elected to succeed Danied Guggenheim, Adolph S. Ochs, Henry M. Toch, Edward Schafer and Arthur Zinm, whose terms expire.

Professor Abraham Epstein, Jewish writer and educator, arrived in New York on the steamer “Asia”, from Besarabia. He will lecture at the Jewish Teachers’ Seminary.
