The Palestine branch of the company, Sir John Jackson, Ltd., which is installing the water supply system in Jerusalem, has secured a contract to build a bridge across the Euhprates. The bridge is to be erected at Fallujah and will connect the main highway of Damascus and Bagdad. The work will last eighteen months.
It was stated that the company expects shortly to obtain large contracts in Palestine.
