The New England office of the American Jewish Congress announces that Rabbi Louis I. Newman of New York will be the guest at the special session of the New England Congress Sunday afternoon. The delegates to the Philadelphia conference will be elected at the Sunday conference. Samuel Kalesky, president of the New England District of the A. J. C., will preside. Brief addresses will be made by Judge Jennie Loitman Barron, Alexander Brin and Rabbi Joseph S. Shubow.
