Great Britain was accused today of “showing military prowess against an unarmed people” by Mrs. Hoda Hanem Shaarawy, leader of the Egyptian feminist movement, in one of a series of violently anti-British speeches delivered before 500 women attending a Pan-Arab Women’s Congress for Palestine. Mrs. Shaaraway who opened the congress and is presiding, urged the Jews for the sake of peace to forget the “Zionist dream.”
