The Foreign Office has authorized the issuance of a visa for Dr. M. Rosen, Chief Rabbi of Rumania, to visit Britain, it was announced here today Rabbi Rosen, who is currently visiting Stockholm, is expected here in the middle of next week, as a guest of the Agudas Israel organization.
