Britain tonight began sounding the German Government on possible loosening of restrictions which now prevent Jews and others from quitting the Reich with adequate funds. Sir Nevile Henderson, british ambassador to berlin, was instructed to determine whether the Reich authorities would aid emigration by allowing the refugees to depart with sufficient means for self-support in countries receiving them.
