According to a report received here by the headquarters of the Brith Trumpeldor, the members of the local section of the organization in Harbin, Manchuria,—most of them students—have been freed by the Government of all charges and fees connected with their studies in the University and schools. This concession has been made in acknowledgment of the courage displayed by the members of the Harbin Brith Trumpeldor, during the disastrous flood and epidemic which recently befell the Harbin district.
