John Tyndall, deputy leader of Colin Jordan’s National Socialist movement, said today that his party was still negotiating with the United Arab Republic for funds to support an anti-Jewish propaganda campaign in Britain. Tyndall made the statement on his release from a six-month prison term on charges of conducting anti-Semitic fascist demonstrations in violation of the Public Order Act.
Referring to a letter from himself to an Egyptian Colonel Shazly, which was mentioned during his trial last October, and had asked the UAR officer for financial aid for the movement, Tyndall said that the negotiations had “not necessarily fallen through.”
