“Oliver Twist,” a British-produced motion picture based on the Charles Dickens novel, which has been termed anti-Semitic because of the character portrayal of Fagin, will be relsased in the United States soon by Eagle Lion Classics, it was reported today. The film has been banned in a number of countries. Its distribution in the U.S. was held up following protests by Jewish and other groups.
