British naval units have intercepted on the high seas a ship carrying approximately 1,000 visaless Jewish immigrants to Palestine, it was announced here today. The ship, which was spotted by reconnaissance planes, is expected to dock here tomorrow morning. The vessel, named the Biria, is reported carrying 400 women and 20 children among its passengers, the majority of whom are veterans of concentration camps.
