Seven national student organizations and leading university professors were on record today with strong condemnation of “ghetto Benches” for Jewish students in Polish universities. At a meeting here last night, the system of segregating Jews was denounced as “contrary to the spirit of varsity life ordaining all students equals in search of truth and knowledge.”
