Cases of three Bronx kosher butchers charged with selling non-kosher meat were adjourned until various dates in October in Bronx Special Sessions Court Friday.
The three pleaded not guilty. Max Goldstein, 844 Gerard avenue, and Nathan Wacow, whose address was not stated, will be tried October 9. Wolfso Brothers, 858 Gerard avenue, will come up October 19.
David Samberg failed to appear. A bench warrant has been issued for him.
The cases are being conducted by Assistant District Attorney Lawrence Pelpin in cooperation with Nathan Immerman, counsel to the Bronx Strictly Kosher Butchers Association which brought the charges.
