Julius Benson, a Jewish delicatessen and restaurant proprietor of 17 East Mt. Eden avenue, The Bronx, was acquitted by three judges of the Court of Special Sessions of a charge of selling non-kosher food in a kosher restaurant, The verdict was handed down Tuesday by Justices Brady, Hackenberg and Caudwell.
Benson was held last October for Special Sessions by Magistrate Aurelio after a charge against him by the Department of Health.
