Representatives of the twenty-two Brooklyn congregations affiliated with the Brooklyn Council of the United Synagogue of America are expected to attend the second annual conference of the council, which will be held April 22 at the East Midwood Jewish Center, according to an announcement issued by Martin Wechsler, president.
