New York University announced yesterday that Sidney L. Katz, 1806 Church Avenue, Brooklyn, is the winner of the annual graduate school competition of the School of Architecture and Allied Arts. Mr. Katz will be provided with a sum of money equal to the tuition fee for one year of graduate study at the School of Architecture and will take work leading to the degree of Master of Arts.
