David A. Brown, chairman of the Board of Finance of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations and head of the flying squadron which is touring the country this month in the interest of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, was made an honorary member of the Alumni Association of the Hebrew Union College. Mr. Brown is the first layman to be elected a member of the organization.
The announcement of the election of Mr. Brown was made by Rabbi Morris M. Feuerlicht, of Indianapolis.
