An appeal against racial teachings, which he characterized as being misleading and endangering to Christianity, was issued yesterday by Archirmandrite Schriban, head of the Greek Orthodox Church here.
“It would be a misfortune for us to watch the spreading of such teachings all over the world without taking some action to check them”, the Archimandrite said. “Racists are Christianity’s misfortune. Our passivity to them is inadmissible”, the Archimandrite concluded.
