Joseph Rosenblatt, 83, retired Buffalo merchant and prominent Jewish worker, is dead here.
For seventy years Mr. Rosenblatt was deeply interested in Jewish charities and religious enterprises. He was one of the founders of Congregation Beth Jacob, and was founder and for many years president of Congregation Brith Abraham. He was interested in the United Home for the Aged of Palestine.
