Builders discovered a foundation stone for the offices of Volkswagen laid by Hitler in 1938, according to the German news magazine Der Spiegel. The stone, which was discovered after a water pipe burst outside the car-maker’s offices in the town of Wolfsburg, served as a bird bath for decades.
