An appeal to the Bulgarian people to join in the fight against anti-Semitism was issued here today by the Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee of Bulgaria.
“The question of anti-Jewish activities is far from being parely a Jewish problem, but affects all Bulgarians, because anti-Semitism is but one of the many aspects of fascism,”the committee’s statement declared.
The Frague correspondent of the Sofia newspaper Isgrew today quotes an official of the Czechaslowak Government as stating that restoration of Jewish property in that country has already began. However, only small enterprises have been returned so far, he says.
