Beginning Friday, October 28, the Jewish Daily Bulletin will publish “Jewish Current Events,” a weekly journal devoted to the Jewish youth of America.
“Jewish Current Events” was instituted five years ago as a publication essentially devoted to Jewish news for the Jewish youth and remains today the only publication of its kind. During the past five years “Jewish Current Events” was published by the Associated Talmud Torahs of Philadelphia and has found its way into more than fifty cities, where it has been utilized by Hebrew Schools, Congregational Schools, Sunday Schools, Youth groups such as High Schools for Jewish Studies, Y.M. and Y.W.H.A.’s, Junior Hadassah groups, Young Judaea groups and by individuals of High School age. “Jewish Current Events” has been utilized in schools conducted by practically all the Bureaus of Education throughout the country. Its educational usefulness has been heartily endorsed by leading Jewish educators, rabbis and social workers throughout the country.
