Mrs. Nathaniel E. Heris, of Bradford, Pa., Chairman of the Council’s Committee on Foreign Relations, who served as one of the delegates to the Conference of American and European Jewish Women at Vienna, also participated in the Ninth Congress of International Woman Suffrage Alliance, held in Rome, Italy.
Mrs. Harris represented the National council of women of the United States, of which organization she is the first Vice President.
