Late returns in the Canadian election of delegates to the World Zionist Congress, with changes in the standing unlikely, today gave the General Zionist Party four mandates, the Zionist Laborites three and the Mizrachi one.
Thirty-nine centers have reported, Jesse Schwartz, executive director of the Canadian Zionist Organization announced, with the total votes cast in the election about fifty-five percent of those eligible. Centers still to report will probably not change the final result, Mr. Schwartz said.
