Dr. O.E. Ault, a top civil service personnel officer. has been loaned Israel to help organize the Israeli civil service, according to an announcement by the External Affairs Department.
Dr. Ault, director of personnel selection for the Civil Service Commission, left for Israel last week, the announcement said. His services were requested by the United Nations technical administration. He will act as advisor to the Government of Israel on the organization of the Israeli civil service and on setting up a training center for public employees.
