Peter MacKay wrapped up his first official visit to the Middle East on Tuesday, during which he toured areas of Jordan, the West Bank and Israel, met with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, and spoke at the Herzliya Conference.
