The 15th national biennial convention of the Canadian Hadassah closed here late yesterday after the 500 delegates adopted a budget of nearly $2,500,000 for the next two years and re-elected Mrs. D.P. Gotlieb, of Winnipeg, president.
Among the new projects to be undertaken in Israel by the organization are the building of a new lecture hall at the Hebrew University-Hadassah medical school, the establishment of a teachers institute for training instructors at Hadassah villages, and other projects.
