A Canadian Hadassah will present a fleet of nine motor ambulances to be attached to the military hospital in Palestine, Mrs. A. Raginsky, national president of the Hadassah Organization of Canada, announced here today.
The ambulances will be driven by members of the Palestine Auxiliary Territorial Service. Each of the nine ambulances will bear a plaque with the inscription:” Presented by Canadian Hadassah.” Contributions from Hadassah members in all the nine provinces of Canada provided the funds for the ambulances.
