The 1965 budgets for the Canadian Jewish Congress and the United Jewish Relief Agencies were approved here today by the CJC national executive committee, providing $412,778.25 for the Congress and $2,250,000 for the UJRA.
In the $2,250,000 total for the URJA were included $1,360,000 for overseas relief and the Canadian refugee program; and $750,000 for the Joint Distribution Committee’s special emergency projects.
