Monrce Abbey, J.I. Oslbaum and Sol Kanes, chairmen of the Eastern, Central and Western Regions of the Canadian Jewish Congress, respectively, will represent the Congress. The Zionist Organization of Canada is sending a large delegation headed by its co-presidents, S.E. Sohwisberg of Montreal and E.E. Gelber of Toronto. The labor Zionist movement will be represented by its national chairman, M. Dickstein.
