Bennett, Canadian Premier who is now in London attending the Imperial Conference, was informed today in a cable from Archibald Freiman, president of the Canadian Zionist Organization, of the distress of Canadian Jewry over the attitude taken by the British government in “practically nullifying the Balfour Declaration.”
